Significantly fewer platforms exist purely for real estate and property investment purposes. Fewer still are investment platforms designed specifically for new and inexperienced investors.
Thus, a market opportunity exists to cater specifically to investors who are relatively new or venturing into this asset class for the first time. As an added bonus, experienced users also appreciate uncomplicated tools. Win-win.
Perfect Properties sets itself apart as a hyper-focused responsive web app for real estate investment , featuring a series of tools to onboard users efficiently, tailor personal investment profiles, and access educational guidance to achieve success.

I was handed a brief with a primary persona already developed. My objective was to design an intuitive, user-centric app to meet her needs and goals. But, that's what everyone wants.
To distinguish Perfect Properties, I created :
A vibrant, attractive color palette and typography that suited the persona's tastes. Blue, purple, and green hues lend an optimistic air for inexperienced investors.
A compact layout of property documentation. Most real estate apps require a user to scroll… and scroll… and scroll to find critical information, such as purchase history, building permits, and nearby schools. Not here. Perfect Properties consolidates this background info with expandable cards below the property listing.
